Being a first time mom, I never realized how pricey some of this baby stuff can get! With so many products and choices out there, it can be very overwhelming, especially when trying to maintain some sort of budget. When shopping for Miss Emmy, I decided to bite the bullet on somethings that I was dying to get but were a little pricey, and I am so happy I did! These products have become some of my favorite baby items that I use everyday!

Momcozy KleanPal Pro Baby Bottle Washer, Sterilizer & Dryer – All-in-One Cleaning Machine

This is by far my favorite baby product! All you need to do is load it up, drop-in a table, add water, and then it takes care of all the rest! You can put the bottles in still dripping milk without even rinsing them, and they come out squeaky clean and dry! I use it multiple times throughout the day to wash, dry, and sterilize bottles, pump parts, pacifiers, and a bunch of other items. The full cycle for wash, dry, and steam sterilization takes a little over an hour, but there is also a rapid mode that takes about 30 mins if you’re in a hurry.
It comes with a bag of 60 tablets; after you use those up you can just grab a refill pack for more.
eufy Security Baby Monitor E2

The eufy E2 is exactly what i was looking for, especially since you can connect it to your phone. This baby cam that has both a monitor and can connect to you phone via the eufy baby mobile app. One of the great thing about it is you can toggle the wifi on and off if you are worried about security; when wifi is switched off you can see baby exclusively through the monitor; when it is switched on you can use both the monitor and your mobile device. One of my first nights out as a mom I started to have major mom guilt and miss my baby girl; I was able to login to the app and see her sleeping peacefully in her bassinet giving me some relief.
Talli Daily One-Touch Baby Tracker

For the first couple of months, your pediatrician will want to know how many poops, pees, feedings per day, time between feedings, and a lot of other stats that help track your newborn’s development. The Talli tracker makes it so easy to track everything! When the button is pressed the activity, date, and time is sent straight to the Talli app. You can go in app to add or edit details, or if you forgot to log something you can add an entry into the app directly. The app has a couple different ways to display the data, and also allows you to export it and share to your pediatrician!
I decided to get the two-pack for convenience; we keep one in her nursery on the changing table and the other one floats with us around the house. You can also purchase only one tracker if you don’t need them both.
Keekaroo Peanut Changer

There is a lot of controversy as to whether or not the Keekaroo is worth it… I say hell yeah it is! Pee, poop, spit-up, whatever else gets on this changing pad is easily wiped away in seconds. I have mine right on top of the dresser and it fits perfectly. It is soft a tad squishy, yet thick enough to provide enough support, making it super comfy for baby. They recently released baby pink one for the girl mamas!
Rest+ 2nd Gen Baby Sleep Bundle

I knew right from the beginning this was going to be one of my must-haves. I’ve been using the adult version, the Hatch Restore, for years and it really does help with sleep and wake cycles. There are plenty of light and sound options that combine into so many possibilities, routines, and schedules, allowing you to find the perfect combo to work for your baby. As a bonus, this set includes a portable sound machine as well. With it’s nifty loop you can hang it almost anywhere to keep your baby sleeping soundly. The app is free to use, but they do have a premium version with more light and sound options. You can also get just the Rest+ or Rest Go individually.
Maxi-Cosi Tayla™ Max Travel System

A stroller travel system was probably one of the hardest decisions for me in terms of choosing baby items. After lots of research of stats, reviews, and recommendations, I ultimately decided on the MaxiCosi Tayla. The main thing that drew me to this was that the bassinet and seat are one attachment; the bottom side of the seat can be unzipped and drops down to form the bassinet. With a lower price point than most luxury strollers, it still gives the luxury look with the leather handles and premium fabrics. The included car seat and base are so easy to install and super lightweight.
ANGELBLISS Baby Bassinet Bedside Sleeper

With all the technology out there, you could buy some fancy bassinet that rocks and sways, but some babies don’t like that so it is a risky purchase up front. Plus, a lot of these don’t have the bedside option, which is something I knew I was looking for in a bassinet; I wanted to be able to just reach over and touch my baby. The AngelBliss has the bedside feature, mesh sides, and lower storage shelf. Another thing that’s great is that it’s on wheels so you roll it around the house to take baby with you without waking them up!
These are the sheets and mattress protectors I use that are compatible with this bassinet.
BabyBjörn Bouncer Bliss Classic Quilt | 2-in-1 Adjustable Baby Bouncer Seat

The Baby Bjorn bouncer is a classic baby item, tried and true that has been around for decades. The current version has three adjustable positions, a quilter cover and adjustable seat straps. Although Miss Emmy is a little to small to be able to move around and bounce herself, she loves just sitting in it and reaching for the toys. She is in this bouncer at least once a day. I’ll wrap her in a hooded towel and put her in it while I get her bath ready and she is super comfy.
Unfortunately it no longer comes with the toy bar but it is sold separately.
Ergobaby Omni Classic All-Position Baby Carrier

This all-in-one baby carrier is the only one you will every need! There are so many configurations you can wear baby in, making it perfect as they grow. It has adjustable straps so it can fit parents of all sizes; it is so easy to adjust for me and my husband, as he is much taller than I am. The mesh and lightweight fabrics make it breathable keeping you and baby comfy even on those hot summer days!
nutribullet Baby Steam + Blend

Although Miss Emmy is still too young for anything other than milk, I am so ready to try this out soon! Making my own baby food is something I want to do. At first I had registered for the baby bullet and baby steamer individually, but then I found this 2-in-1 combo! I can’t wait to whip up all the fruits and veggies in this for Miss Emmy!
